Ingredients:
5 pcs tart shell
15g sugar
1 egg
30ml milk
30ml heavy cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Methods of cooking:
Whish the eggwith sugar. And add in milk, salt and vanilla.
Strain and pour into tart shell and bake for preheated oven at 160'c for 10-15 min or until tops are slightly brown.
