5 pcs flan case
150g custard cream
2 tbsp apricot glaze
some fresh fruits
Methods of cooking:
Eggs wash the flan case, inside and outside
Return to the oven to complete the cooking
Remove from the heat
Add pastry cream and fruits on top
Mash with apricot glaze
